Result of fooling around with my new shiny cam with the combination of 2 cups of coffee at 3 in the morning... what do ya think?

I like it. Not sure if the noise fits the feel of the image, but that's a matter of your artistic vision.

Now stop drinking coffee and go to bed already.

Great stuff. I wonder about the band of slight red that sweeps from your left cheek over your nose. I'm assuming the red on the cheek is blush or natural, but you may consider removing the red on the nose.

Also, the fineline about the upper lip is a bit desaturated in comparison to the lower lip. It's just a fix function in photoshop.
