WNY Models

Hey Everyone!

I am in Upstate NY for the month of August....trying to avoid the sweltering humidity and hurricane season in Miami Beach....and modeling is very slow there this time of the year....time to do some traveling


The Finger Lakes Region is perfect this time of the year! It's been gorgeous here!! After only two days my city slicker bf was like "You look like a total country girl....drivin a pick-up, takin the back roads, wearin hikin boots". I was like..."well I did live here for 20 yrs!" And I'm feelin right at home.

We're planning to go to Niagra Falls next week (the Canadian side)....so if there's anyone near there that would like to gimme the skinny on the best places to eat if your vegetarian and coolest places to stay...maybe even a nice bed and breakfast.....I'm all ears!

As soon as I got into town I was out and shooting with Ade Ketchum in Corning, NY. It was a lovely day for a shoot..... I've attached one of my favorites to share.

I tried to post one of the images you shot of me last fall but I'm not at home and don't have any except on my OMP profile (which I can't seem to post any from there)...maybe you can post one!
I'll be in NYC in a couple weeks....first I have a direct booking in Santa Fe, NM on Sept 1st and then I will be staying in Brooklyn until the season begins in Miami...

Today I'm shooting with Mark Knopp in Oswego....maybe I can post one more new image before I leave WNY....

Thought I'd post one last image. This was shot last Saturday by Mark Knopp (http://www.cnyphtographer.com) in Oswego, NY. I love this one....I think the lighting is very awesome.

Yes Kristin it is awsome lighting! Isn't it amazing the beautiful things that we as photographers get to put together. When God creates such a scene and the in drops such a wonderful young lady what else could come of it.
Maybe some day I will have such an opportunity with you. keep me in mind. Mark

I am making an unexpected trip back to Upstate NY for a surprise party on October 9th and I am accepting bookings a couple days before or after that date....I know a few people were disapointed that there wasn't enough time during my August trip to shoot.

As the next to last poster in this thread I have a good reason to push it up. My point being, be careful for what you wish for you might just get it. Actually this time it was good. I actually had a Christmas present come early. It was in the form of a dark angle you see in the posted pic. I had the delightful Kristen B come to my studio, all the way from Fl. for a shoot. She came with her big brown eyes, lovely smile and cute cheeks. Every thing went well and we shot over 360 images. We had lot more cloths and ideas worked out but we just ran out of time. What was even more wonderful was that I got to work with a delightful young lady whom I hopefully will have as a friend for a long time. I would like to thank Kristen for a wonderful shoot, and mention that because of the strange coincidents or fate, that brought us together it couldn’t turn out any other way.
