so i am taking b&w photography right now. and im loving it. AND i am borrowing a digital camera from a good friend of mine. hopefully this summer i can get out and play around with the camera and see if i want to pursue it some more. but i absoultely love taking pictures. its my new hobby besides painting/drawing and modeling and of course doing my graphics :P

What kind of camera is it Kristen? The photos look like they have a lot of grain to them.

im using a 35 mm canon rebel. my pictures usually turn out fine. however for this project, everybodys negatives turned out black, and the pictures came out very grainy. something was wrong with the chemicals , but somehow it made my project come out pretty cool. has this creepyness to it... but the one picture with my model making a funny face with her hand to her forehead, i altered that one a lot on photoshop . . .

...whomever mixed the developer didn't dilute it enough and it over-cooked everyone's film. Sometimes mistakes like this turn into happy ones if the results are pleasing to you. Too bad you can't find out what they did to the developer so you could recreate it when you want to.
