My Olympus E-10 quit. how about this as a replacement?

My Olympus E-10 shit the bed... so I am looking around for a replacement camera..

Any opinions on this camera:
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 10.1 MP ?

I can get this with a 2GB memory card, and both a Wide Angle AND Telephoto Lens for $599.00

It's a 10MP, the only thing that turns me off is the Panasonic name.. but it looks like quite the bang for my buck...

Any opinions or suggestions?

color, saturation and sharpness look good from the samples there. I'd say the only thing holding you back would be usability. Try to get your hands on one to see if you like how it fits in your hand and how the controls/menu are laid out.
I have no lid upon my head, but if I did you could look inside and see what's on my mind.
