WNY Models

Just wanted everyone to know about this upcoming event...

One Model Place is organizing an "In the Click" meeting for WNY for Friday Sept 16 2005, 6-9pm at the NACC, the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center Café, directions can be found here ( http://www.bflomodel.com/location/ ). The Niagara Arts and Cultural Center is in Niagara Falls, NY (A 166,000 sq. ft. landmark 1924 former high school, now home to artists studios, art galleries, music schools, several OMP photographers, theatrical companies and two theaters).

It is a networking meeting for OMP members similar to the one at the OMP studios, in Ft Lauderdale, (networking, of photographers/makeup artists/agencies/models/, possibility for members to do "mini test shoots" if they bring equipment, etc) Free admission, meet and greet hosted by an OMP representatives, exchange business cards and comp cards, show your portfolio, prizes and giveaways. Please save that date and plan on attending, announcements from OMP will be made soon.

Based on the responses we are hearing, it looks like we will have a good size crowd!

I have to work tonight Im bummed . . . are you going to have another event if this one turns out good?

Great turnout and I will certainly be having more! A "shootout" is being planned for sometime in November and than another get together after the first of the year!

ahhh woulda been cool if i wasnt in Milwauke, i was attending an Invitational shoot out that way, worked with some of the finest people from across the states, like Michael Rosen from Chicago, Max Vonet from Las Vegas, Mike Obradovich from Milwaukee, etc....i had a great time out there, and if there will be another event out in the WNY area, keep me posted, id love to go back out that way to shoot with some of my fave wny photogs

aww I missed it. I would of went!! Maybe the next one.
