I am happy to say that Bill Lemon (OMP member 4278) will be coming to Niagara Falls NY to put on a one day workshop on to help us celebrate the opening of our new studio.
Thanks to all of those who contacted me to express a desire to attend. We will be sending you information in a few days. We are also in the process of securing the models for the workshop at this time.
It looks like a lot of you were interested in setting up a artistic / glamour nude session with a couple of models after the main workshop is over. Bill has agreed to help with the lighting and posing at this session. There will be an extra fee that will go to paying the models for this session as I mentioned to those of you that contacted me.
For those of you that expressed an interest in the event but have not contacted me there still are a couple of openings but I would make a commitment in the next few days as I will be advertising the event to the general photographic community at the beginning of next week. If you need additional information please contact me. You also can look on page two of the General Discussion area look for the thread Bill Lemon coming to Niagara Falls for information. If you have contacted me and did not get a response the reason is that I did not receive your message.
Bill will be in town a few days prior to the workshop and a few days after. I do not know what his schedule will be but if you are a model and interested in working with Bill I would either contact him through One Model Place or send me the information at sphotoray@msn.com or by calling me at (716) 694-0403 and I will pass the information on to him.
Bill Lemon's can be viewed at OMP here is the link: http://www.onemodelplace.com/photographer_list.cfm?P_ID=4278

Thanks for everyone's input I know the workshop will be a success.

Great Workshop Ray!!!! Very cool to see those that I know and haven't seen in a while and to meet those new folks... and what a great kick to have two female photographers with us! They give such a wonderful perspective on shooting... The models were awesome and the information profound! I can't tell you how much I picked up from the session! Unfortunately I didn't shoot any images, so I can't share what was taken but maybe one of the other attendees will share!

Thanks again! Super Job!

I'm glad the workshop went well. I wish I could've been there.
I have no lid upon my head, but if I did you could look inside and see what's on my mind.

Would like to take a moment on the behalf of Bill Lemon, Spencer and myself to thank everyone who attended the workshop and made it a success. There was a lot of information shared by not only Bill but all of those who attended which all goes to make a successful event. The workshop also provided the means to build a network between fellow photographers not to mention the chance to work with three super models Tracy, Shawn and Jenna.
Hope that everyone had a good time, received valuable information and had a chance to see some of the N.A.C.C.'s facilites that will allow them to get out of the cold to shoot this winter and into a studio or one of the many areas in the building.
Larisa and Max's thanks for your complements.....
