What website are you promoting? (has nothing to do with your question - just curious)
What will you be photographing? That makes a difference. Scenery? People? If the latter, the best light is at sunrise or sunset where you get that sweet, warm light. You can photograph people anytime of day, but if it's bright, sunny, and around noon you'll get dark eyes. You can remedy that with a reflector or fill flash. You can also look for some open shade. Either way, it'll take some practice.
Be more specific in what you're photographing and what you're trying to accomplish and we can help you more.
